Wild Briars

Dear Dungarees,

As I was aggressively pruning some mangey briar patch tree hedges, I noticed this invasive weed growing around the hedge base. My legs, ankles, and sanity could not endure working around this kind of hostile invader. In frustration and controlled rage, I removed them. The weeds we have here in the Bitterroot are just wild! I’m sweating and my nerves are just about shot, and my husband walks up and he says, “Who tore up our raspberry bushes?”

So…newsflash you guys…there won’t be raspberries at the farm this year. My bad.

Please enjoy a photo of my hair stuck in a wild rose bush.
